World Sake Day at TAK

We are celebrating the start of the new sake brewing year! This day pays homage to thousands of years of craft tradition, and we at Izakaya want to celebrate it with you by exploring the rich history and flavor palette of sake.

To mark the occasion, we’ve tailored an Omakase menu paired with selected sake poured from extra-large bottles. Our very own Sake Master, Philip, will be on site throughout the evening to guide you through the origins, craftsmanship, and unique flavor profiles of each pour.

What to expect during the evening:

• Omakase Menu 595 kr – A complete, generous tasting menu featuring Izakaya's best flavor profiles.
• Sake Pairing & Storytelling 445 kr – A carefully curated sake menu where our Sake Master Philip shares the stories and passion behind every pour.
• Special Big Bottle Pours – Exclusive pours from large-format bottles opened solely for this evening.
• Sake Festival Goodie Bag – Every guest takes home a festival goodie bag!
